Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is looking for a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to support learning across KS1 and KS2. You'll be working closely with class teachers and pupils, providing small group interventions and 1:1 support as needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference.
Support children’s academic and personal development
Work 1:1 and in small groups to deliver interventions
Assist teachers with classroom routines and planning
Encourage positive behaviour and inclusion
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Classroom experience in primary settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
