Job Description
This rewarding Teaching Assistant role involves providing dedicated 1:1 support for a child with additional needs in a KS2 setting. You’ll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies, track progress, and promote independence. Provide 1:1 classroom and emotional support
Assist with learning plans and personalised interventions
Encourage social, emotional and academic development
Support classroom routines and behaviour strategies
