Job Description
You’ll oversee inclusive practice across the school, supporting staff to meet diverse learning needs with clarity and consistency. You’ll coordinate interventions, guide support staff, contribute to SEND reviews, and develop inclusive strategies that strengthen pupil progress. This senior role requires someone confident with systems, communication, and supporting teachers to create accessible, responsive classrooms.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead whole-school inclusion and provision mapping.
Oversee interventions and support staff deployment.
Support SEND reviews, referrals, and professional meetings.
Coach teachers in adaptive practice and pupil-centred strategies.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Strong experience supporting SEND and inclusion in primary settings.
Confident leading staff, systems, and intervention pathways.
Excellent communication, organisation, and safeguarding understanding.
Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across the school.
