Job Description
You'll deliver targeted reading support through 1:1 and small-group sessions, helping pupils improve fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and confidence. Working closely with teachers, you'll reinforce phonics and reading strategies while encouraging children to become enthusiastic, independent readers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver guided reading and targeted literacy interventions.
Support pupils with fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary development.
Provide individual reading support where required.
Monitor progress and share feedback with teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting literacy within a primary school.
Excellent communication and reading skills.
Patient, encouraging, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
