This role is ideal for someone with facilities or maintenance experience who takes pride in ensuring the school site is safe, clean, and well-presented for pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Open and secure the school site daily
Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
Ensure health and safety standards are maintained
Conduct regular site checks and basic compliance tasks
Liaise with contractors where required
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous caretaking, maintenance, or facilities experience
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
