Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional numeracy guidance through 1:1 and small-group sessions. Working alongside teachers, you’ll reinforce mathematical understanding, develop problem-solving skills, and help pupils gain confidence in the classroom.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver targeted numeracy intervention sessions.
Support pupils with mathematical reasoning and problem-solving.
Reinforce classroom learning and key mathematical concepts.
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting maths or numeracy within a primary setting.
Strong communication and explanation skills.
Ability to motivate and encourage learners.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
