Job Description

You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional behavioural guidance, helping them engage positively with learning and school life. Through mentoring, classroom support, and relationship-building, you’ll encourage positive behaviours and help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour mentoring.
Support pupils to develop positive behaviour strategies.
Reinforce classroom expectations and routines.
Work closely with pastoral and teaching teams to monitor progress.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting behaviour, SEMH, or vulnerable pupils.

  • Calm, resilient, and positive approach.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
