Job Description
Teachers in this position are responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
You will absolutely thrive within this role if you have had previous experience within a secondary school.
You must also hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Teaching Qualification, as well as a relevant qualification in art, or another relevant subject.
Be able to demonstrate recent classroom experience and strong behaviour management skills and be dedicated to raising standards and be a good role model
A Clean DBS check is also a strict requirement for all school based roles.
