Job Description
A Secondary school in Warwickshire is seeking a Pastoral Mentor to support pupils who need guidance, calm routines, and someone to check in with regularly. You’ll help pupils navigate challenges, regulate emotions, and stay engaged in lessons. Some need reassurance; others need structure and clear expectations. Working with pastoral and teaching teams, you’ll help pupils feel understood, supported, and ready to make positive choices.
Provide 1:1 pastoral mentoring.
Support behaviour, confidence, and routines.
Assist with emotional regulation.
Work with teachers and pastoral leaders.
