Job Description
A Primary school in Solihull is seeking an Inclusion Lead to enhance SEND practice, guide staff, and oversee targeted support. You’ll coordinate interventions, monitor pupil progress, and strengthen inclusive classroom routines. Some pupils need structured guidance; others need adapted approaches to stay engaged. Working with leaders and support teams, you’ll help ensure every child feels understood, valued, and able to access learning confidently.
Lead on inclusion and SEND strategy.
Support teachers with adaptations and plans.
Oversee interventions and progress tracking.
Work with families, external agencies, and SLT.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Strong knowledge of SEND and inclusive practice.
Confident communicator and problem-solver.
Experience supporting staff development.
Excellent safeguarding awareness.
