Job Description
A SEND school in Birmingham is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need structure, reassurance, and sensory-aware approaches. You’ll provide 1:1 and small-group support, help pupils regulate during busy moments, and use visual prompts to guide understanding. Working with teachers and therapists, you’ll create a predictable learning environment where pupils feel safe, focused, and able to participate confidently.
