Job Description
Supporting the day-to-day running of the school, this position contributes to a safe and structured environment. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in secondary behaviour support, youth work or SEMH environments.
Confident communicator who can de-escalate, problem-solve and guide young people.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond with fairness and clarity.
Understanding of restorative practice and the link between wellbeing and learning.
