Job Description
You’ll support children across Early Years provision, helping them access play-based learning, develop communication skills, and follow consistent routines. You’ll assist with small-group activities, encourage positive interactions, and prepare simple classroom resources. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a safe, engaging environment where every child feels valued and supported in their early development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support children during play-based and early learning activities.
Deliver simple phonics, communication, and fine-motor tasks.
Reinforce routines and model positive social interactions.
Assist teachers with resource preparation and observations.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
