Job Description

You’ll support pupils who benefit from clear routines and gentle guidance to stay engaged in learning. You’ll work 1:1 and with small groups, reinforcing behaviour strategies, helping pupils regulate emotions, and supporting positive classroom participation. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff, you’ll contribute to behaviour plans that help pupils build confidence and succeed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support.
Reinforce routines and positive behaviour strategies.
Assist pupils in managing emotions and transitions.
Share progress updates with teaching and pastoral teams.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pupils with behaviour or SEMH needs.

  • Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to guide pupils through structured routines.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
