Job Description
You’ll lead pastoral provision across a year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. Working with teachers and safeguarding teams, you’ll coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and maintain structured support systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
