Job Description

You'll lead pastoral provision for a designated year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, attendance, wellbeing, and engagement. Working alongside teaching staff, safeguarding colleagues, families, and external agencies, you'll coordinate interventions that help pupils succeed both academically and personally.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead pastoral support for a designated year group.
Coordinate behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing interventions.
Work closely with families and external agencies.
Support staff in promoting positive pupil outcomes.

  • Experience in pastoral leadership, behaviour, or student support.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
