Job Description
You’ll support pupils across KS2 lessons, helping them understand tasks, stay organised, and build confidence in reading, writing, and maths. You’ll work with individuals and small groups, reinforce classroom routines, and assist with learning resources. Working alongside the class teacher, you’ll contribute to a structured classroom environment where pupils feel supported to participate and succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide classroom support during KS2 lessons.
Deliver small-group and 1:1 learning interventions.
Reinforce routines and positive behaviour expectations.
Assist with classroom preparation and learning materials.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting primary pupils in KS2.
Clear communication and supportive teaching style.
Ability to guide pupils through structured learning tasks.
Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative approach.
