Job Description

Working within a school environment, staff in this position support daily routines and pupil needs. Collaboration with school staff is central to ensuring pupils are supported, expectations are clear, and safeguarding standards are upheld. Reliability, adaptability, and professionalism are essential.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience working with children in schools, care, youth work or similar 

  • Confident supporting behaviour using positive strategies 

  • Empathy, patience and good listening skills 

  • Understanding of SEMH, autism or additional needs is beneficial 

  • Willingness to complete relevant training and safeguarding checks
