Job Description
You’ll work with pupils who benefit from additional academic and pastoral guidance during lessons. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll help pupils stay organised, engaged, and confident in their learning. Working alongside teachers and pastoral teams, you’ll help remove barriers that affect participation and progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide mentoring support for pupils needing additional guidance.
Deliver small-group learning support sessions.
Reinforce classroom routines and learning expectations.
Communicate pupil progress with teaching and pastoral teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils in education settings.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to motivate pupils and support engagement.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
