Job Description
You’ll lead safeguarding procedures across the school, ensuring policies are followed, concerns are managed effectively, and staff are supported in maintaining safe practices. Working closely with leadership, pastoral teams, and external agencies, you’ll oversee safeguarding processes and ensure pupils receive appropriate support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead safeguarding processes and policy implementation.
Manage safeguarding concerns and case documentation.
Support staff with safeguarding guidance and training.
Liaise with external agencies and safeguarding partners.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in safeguarding leadership within education.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Ability to manage sensitive cases professionally.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
