Job Description
A forward-thinking secondary school in Banbury is looking for a dedicated English Teacher to join their team after half term. You’ll deliver engaging, structured lessons across KS3 and KS4, with the support of a collaborative department. QTS is preferred but not essential for the right candidate with strong subject knowledge and experience.
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
Engage learners across varied abilities in KS3 & KS4
Monitor progress and adapt strategies accordingly
Contribute to the wider English department
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience teaching English at secondary level
QTS preferred but not essential
Excellent communication and subject delivery
Committed to student progress and wellbeing
