Job Description
You'll support children through play-based learning, communication activities, and early literacy and numeracy development. Working alongside the Early Years team, you'll help create a safe, engaging environment where children can explore, develop confidence, and build the foundations for lifelong learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support play-based learning and early development activities.
Encourage language, communication, and social development.
Reinforce daily routines and positive behaviour.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom activities.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with young children in an Early Years setting.
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
