Job Description
A specialist college in Coventry (CV4) is seeking compassionate and committed SEND Support Workers to support learners aged 16+ with a range of additional needs. This role includes personal care and supporting students in both educational and life skills development within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including toileting and feeding when required
Support learners in classroom activities and practical sessions
Promote independence, communication, and confidence
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Maintain professional standards in dress and presentation
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Must be willing to provide personal care
Experience supporting individuals aged 16+ (desirable)
Professional presentation (flat black shoes, black trousers, smart top)
No acrylic, BIAB, or gel nails; long hair tied back
Patient, resilient, and team-oriented approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
