Job Description
You’ll lead inclusion practices across the school, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive effective support through targeted strategies and interventions. You’ll work alongside teachers, pastoral teams, and senior leaders to strengthen inclusive practice and monitor its impact.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Strong experience in SEND or inclusion leadership.
Knowledge of intervention strategies and inclusive practice.
Ability to lead and influence staff effectively.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
