Job Description

You'll lead the school's inclusion strategy, ensuring pupils with additional needs receive effective support to achieve their potential. Working alongside senior leaders, teaching staff, families, and external agencies, you'll coordinate interventions, monitor outcomes, and promote inclusive practice throughout the school.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead whole-school inclusion strategies and targeted interventions.
Monitor the progress and wellbeing of pupils with additional needs.
Support staff in delivering inclusive classroom practice.
Work collaboratively with families and external agencies.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience leading SEND, inclusion, or pastoral provision.

  • Strong knowledge of inclusive education and intervention strategies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
