Job Description
You'll support children in the nursery through play-based learning, communication activities, and early literacy and numeracy development. Working alongside the class teacher and Early Years team, you'll help create a nurturing environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and independence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support play-based learning and early development activities.
Encourage language, communication, and social development.
Reinforce daily routines and positive behaviour.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom activities.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with nursery or Early Years children.
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Strong safeguarding awareness and professional conduct.
