Job Description

You’ll deliver tailored lessons for pupils with additional needs, adapting learning approaches to support communication, engagement, and independence. You’ll work closely with support staff and families to create structured and positive learning experiences.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver differentiated SEND lessons.
Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
Work collaboratively with support staff and families.
Monitor pupil progress and maintain structured routines.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND preferred.

  • Strong communication and adaptable teaching approach.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and professional judgement.
