Job Description
You’ll support pupils during lessons, helping them stay engaged, understand instructions, and develop confidence in their learning. Working with individuals and small groups, you’ll reinforce classroom routines, encourage participation, and help create a positive learning environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Provide 1:1 and small-group learning support.
Reinforce classroom routines and positive behaviour.
Assist with preparing learning resources and activities.

Experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.
Positive, patient, and encouraging approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
