Job Description
You’ll lead behaviour systems across the school, supporting staff in consistent routines, restorative approaches, and early intervention strategies. You’ll coach teachers, run targeted behaviour plans, track data, and oversee provision for pupils with SEMH needs. This senior role requires confidence, strong communication, and the ability to create calm, predictable structures that help pupils reset and succeed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead whole-school behaviour strategies and restorative practice.
Coach staff in routines, expectations, and de-escalation.
Oversee targeted interventions for pupils with SEMH needs.
Track behaviour data and coordinate follow-up actions.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience leading behaviour systems or SEMH practice.
Strong understanding of restorative approaches and positive behaviour models.
Confident supporting staff development and whole-school consistency.
