Job Description
Working as part of the teaching team, teachers plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience working in an Early Years setting
Relevant qualifications in early childhood education
A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and a deep understanding of the EYFS framework
Ability to bring learning to life with creative and engaging activities
An enhanced DBS check to ensure the safety of students
