Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Facilities Lead Co-ordinator to oversee day-to-day operations across a multi-site school estate in Coventry. You’ll ensure all premises are safe, compliant, and well-maintained, and will manage the facilities team and external contractors to deliver high-quality site services.

Manage and supervise maintenance across multiple school sites.
Oversee statutory checks, health & safety compliance, and emergency planning.
Lead the facilities team and coordinate daily task calendars.
Manage procurement, inventory, and contractor relationships.
Support site setup for events and community use.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, IOSH/NEBOSH – desirable).

  • Proven experience in school or multi-site facilities management.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to safeguarding and compliance.
