Job Description
A Secondary school in Oxfordshire is seeking a Safeguarding Manager to lead safeguarding procedures, manage referrals, and oversee risk assessments. You’ll guide staff through concerns, maintain high-quality documentation, and work with external agencies when needed. Some pupils require early intervention; others need sustained multi-agency support. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll help ensure pupils feel safe, heard, and fully supported.
Lead safeguarding systems and referrals.
Maintain accurate records and reporting.
Support staff with concerns and decision-making.
Liaise with external professionals and SLT.
