Job Description

A Primary school in Solihull is seeking an Assistant SENCo to support the coordination of SEND provision across the school. You’ll help review plans, monitor progress and guide teachers on adaptive strategies. Some pupils need targeted intervention; others need classroom adjustments. Working alongside the SENCo, you’ll contribute to structured systems, steady communication and provision that helps pupils access learning confidently.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support SEND planning and reviews.
Guide teachers with adaptive strategies.
Monitor provision and pupil progress.
Liaise with families and external agencies.
