Job Description
A Secondary school in Coventry is seeking an Assistant SENCo to strengthen SEND provision and help coordinate targeted support. You’ll assist with EHCP processes, run small-group interventions, and guide staff on inclusive practice. Some pupils need structured routines; others need adapted learning approaches. Working alongside the SENCo and pastoral team, you’ll help ensure every learner receives the right support at the right time.
