Job Description

Within the classroom, Teaching Assistants contribute to a positive and well-organised learning environment. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.

Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

All applicants must hold a relevant teaching qualification. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory for the safety and security of our students. Enjoy a competitive salary based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, recognizing your dedication to instilling a love for geography. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, offering a consistent and enriching work schedule.
