Job Description
Focused on pupil progress and development, teachers create inclusive and supportive classrooms. The work involves effective planning, assessment, and classroom practice, alongside collaboration with colleagues to support school priorities. A strong understanding of safeguarding expectations and inclusive teaching approaches is essential.
Plans and delivers engaging curriculum-aligned lessons.
Assesses progress and adapts teaching accordingly.
Creates a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and leadership.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Valid Level 3 EYFS qualification and proven experience in early years education
Strong understanding of child development, early years pedagogy and the EYFS curriculum
A proactive, caring and dependable practitioner with excellent communication skills
Able to create a positive, inclusive atmosphere and work collaboratively within the team
