Job Description
A Primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a Learning Mentor to support pupils who need patience, structure, and regular check-ins. You’ll provide short 1:1 sessions, in-class guidance, and calm support during transitions. Some pupils need reassurance; others need help staying organised. Working closely with teachers and the pastoral team, you’ll help pupils stay settled, confident, and ready to take part in learning.
Provide 1:1 and small-group mentoring.
Support emotional regulation and focus.
Assist with routines and transitions.
Work with teachers and pastoral staff.
