Job Description
You’ll provide targeted support for pupils who need help with confidence, regulation, or accessing learning. You’ll assist during lessons, deliver short interventions, and help pupils follow routines that promote independence. Working with the class teacher and SEND team, you’ll contribute to inclusive plans that ensure every pupil feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support 1:1 and small-group inclusion interventions.
Reinforce routines and model positive communication.
Help pupils access learning tasks with tailored guidance.
Liaise with teachers to monitor progress and next steps.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with additional or emerging needs.
Calm, patient approach with strong communication skills.
Confident following consistent routines and visual strategies.
Commitment to safeguarding and reflective practice.
