Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated SEMH 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide daily support to a student with emotional and behavioural needs. You’ll work in a trauma-informed environment with a strong, collaborative team and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a young person’s wellbeing and development.
Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs
Help manage behaviour and build trust
Deliver tailored academic and emotional interventions
Work closely with the SEN and safeguarding teams
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEND
Must be able to drive
Worked in a UK school previously
Calm, empathetic and confident working 1:1
