Job Description
A welcoming infant school in Warwickshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils in EYFS or KS1, providing in-class assistance, small group interventions, and 1:1 support where required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about early years education.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support across EYFS and KS1
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development
Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Previous experience in a primary or early years setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, proactive, and nurturing approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
