Job Description
Teaching Assistants support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Support may include assisting with lesson delivery, providing small group or one-to-one input, and helping to maintain effective classroom routines. Flexibility, initiative, and clear communication are key when supporting pupils of varying abilities.
Provides classroom-based support during lessons.
Delivers small group or individual interventions.
Supports classroom organisation and resources.
Encourages positive behaviour and engagement.

About the School
Our partnered school is a voluntary controlled primary school with a Church of England character. The school has a capacity of 90 pupils, aged 4 to 11, and currently has 84 pupils on roll. The school has a caring, inspiring and achieving ethos, and values the individuality and potential of each child.
The school has a range of facilities to enhance the learning experience of the pupils, such as a library, a computer suite, a hall, a playground and a field.
