Job Description
You’ll support pupils across Key Stage 1, helping them develop confidence in literacy, numeracy, and communication. Working alongside the class teacher, you’ll provide individual and small-group support, reinforce positive routines, and help create an engaging learning environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support KS1 pupils during lessons and classroom activities.
Deliver small-group literacy and numeracy interventions.
Reinforce positive classroom routines and behaviour.
Prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation.

Experience supporting children in a primary school.
Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
