Job Description
You’ll lead safeguarding procedures across the school, ensuring policies are implemented effectively and concerns are managed appropriately. You’ll work closely with leadership teams, pastoral staff, families, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive the support they need.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead safeguarding processes and policy implementation.
Manage safeguarding concerns and case documentation.
Support staff with safeguarding guidance and training.
Liaise with external agencies and safeguarding partners.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience in safeguarding leadership within education.
Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
Ability to manage sensitive cases professionally.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
