Job Description
You will support pupils with additional learning needs through structured classroom activities. 1:1 guidance. and small group learning. Working closely with teachers and therapists. you will reinforce routines. support communication strategies. and help pupils remain engaged with learning throughout the school day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 and small group SEND support.
Reinforce personalised learning strategies and routines.
Support communication and engagement during lessons.
Share pupil progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to follow structured support plans.
Strong safeguarding awareness and collaborative mindset.
