Job Description
A primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support classroom learning and pupil development. You will work closely with teachers to deliver targeted support, assist with interventions, and help maintain a positive and structured learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide classroom support across lessons
Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions
Support behaviour management and pupil engagement
Assist with classroom organisation and routines
Encourage independence and confidence in learning
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with children in a school setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient, proactive, and supportive approach
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
