Job Description
You’ll support pupils who benefit from additional behaviour guidance, helping them stay engaged in lessons and follow structured routines. Through mentoring sessions and classroom support, you’ll reinforce expectations, support emotional regulation, and work alongside pastoral teams to improve engagement and behaviour outcomes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide 1:1 mentoring for pupils needing behaviour support.
Reinforce behaviour expectations and classroom routines.
Support emotional regulation and engagement in lessons.
Communicate progress with pastoral and teaching teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience supporting behaviour or pastoral needs in schools.
Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to guide pupils through structured routines.
Strong safeguarding awareness and teamwork approach.
