Job Description
A Coventry secondary school is looking for a Teaching Assistant to deliver focused interventions in English and Maths. You’ll support small groups of learners to reinforce understanding, raise attainment, and build academic confidence. Perfect for someone with strong subject knowledge and classroom experience at secondary level.
Deliver targeted support in English and Maths
Work with small groups across KS3 and KS4
Support class teachers with differentiation and classroom routines
Track and report progress
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Strong GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
Experience working in a secondary school setting
Ability to build rapport with students
Confident delivering structured academic interventions
