Job Description
A welcoming primary school in OX28 is looking for a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a nurturing approach and experience supporting learning in a primary setting.
Support SEND pupils in-class and during interventions
Use individual strategies to promote learning and behaviour
Collaborate with SENCO and class teachers on pupil progress
Foster a calm, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working with SEND in a school or care setting
Strong communication and adaptability
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Commitment to inclusive education
