Job Description
A primary school in Northamptonshire is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across the classroom. You will assist the class teacher with learning activities, provide targeted support where needed, and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support teaching and learning across the classroom
Deliver small group or 1:1 interventions
Assist with classroom management and routines
Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
Desired Experience + Qualifications
Experience working in a school setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Patient and supportive approach
DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
