Job Description

You’ll support the SENCo in managing SEND provision, monitoring interventions, and ensuring pupils receive effective support. You’ll assist with EHCP processes, track progress, and work closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external professionals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Support SEND provision and intervention planning.
Assist with EHCP reviews and documentation.
Guide support staff on inclusive strategies.
Liaise with teachers, families, and external agencies.

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Strong SEND experience within primary education.

  • Understanding of EHCP processes and interventions.

  • Organised and confident in monitoring provision.

  • Strong safeguarding awareness and communication skills.
